Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Radiant Stats mobile application and related services operated by HANIL s.r.o. (the “Service Provider”).

Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted solely to facilitate network connectivity; the Service Provider does not retain it or use it for tracking.
Location Data
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-Party Access
Because the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not collect or retain personal data generated through normal use of Radiant Stats. Therefore, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for ordinary app use. Information voluntarily sent directly to the Service Provider, for example by email, may exist only as part of that direct communication and can be handled upon request.
Data Deletion
Because Radiant Stats does not collect or store personal data through normal use, there is no Application account or cloud-held personal profile to delete. Uninstalling the Application removes the app from your device. If you voluntarily send personal information directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion by contacting support@hanil.ink.
Opt-Out Rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no tracking opt-out is required. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, exposure risk is limited. No system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it may receive directly.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident involves personal information voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, affected individuals will be notified where required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version and effective date. Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider.
Your Consent
Where information is voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider and processing relies on consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing performed before withdrawal.
